Our History
Dongguan Shun chang plastic Products Co., Ltd founded in October 2017 with a registered capital of 20 million RMB, Dongguan Shunchang Plastic Products Co., Ltd. evolved from an entrepreneurial team specializing in bottle cap R&D. Our core business spans two key segments: first, independently developed patented dual-port caps for liquid containers (compatible with plastic bottles, glass bottles, iron cans, and other packaging types); second, universal liquid color masterbatch and color masterbatch feeders for the injection molding industry.
Tracing our R&D journey, the founder-leveraging a professional background in mechanical processing-embarked on the development of plastic caps for liquid containers in September 2010. Through repeated experiments with handcrafted prototypes made from metal and various materials, we submitted our first invention patent application in May 2011. After securing the patent, we launched mold trial production and sales in April 2012. Our products quickly gained national traction, partnering with renowned enterprises such as Beidahuang Group. Notably, the corn oil products using our patented caps were featured in Beidahuang's 2015 promotional calendars.
Committed to product optimization, the founder conducted extensive market research across China, gathering user feedback and improvement suggestions from leading enterprises on the first two generations of products. In August 2015, we initiated R&D for the third-generation cap. Over two years of overcoming technical challenges, we successfully launched a patented semi-automated production cap with fewer defects, enhanced functionality, and higher production efficiency.
Since its establishment, the company has continuously upgraded its capabilities, completing the transformation to fully automated production lines. To date, we have accumulated 6 patents related to bottle caps, including 2 invention patents, 3 utility model patents, and 1 design patent. In December 2019, we registered the trademark "Yuelu Shunchang" and have developed a full range of patented products in multiple specifications.
