Quality Control Process
Our quality management focuses on raw material inspection, production process monitoring, nonconforming product isolation, packaging verification, and batch records to reduce issues such as raw material abnormalities, product defects, packaging errors, and batch mix-ups.

Incoming Raw Material Inspection
After raw materials arrive at the factory, QC staff conduct sampling inspections to verify material condition, packaging integrity, batch information, color status, and whether there are abnormal conditions such as contamination, moisture exposure, or impurities.
Raw Material Nonconformance Handling
If serious quality issues are identified, QC staff will notify the quality manager for review and keep the production supervisor and purchasing team informed.
Depending on the abnormal condition, the company will suspend use of the batch and arrange return or replacement, re-purchasing, or re-inspection, preventing problematic materials from entering mass production.


Injection Molding Production Control
After passing inspection, raw materials move into injection molding production. During production, staff continuously monitor molding performance, appearance quality, color stability, and batch consistency.
For plastic bottle caps, key checks include appearance, dimensions, structural integrity, bottle-mouth fit, and sealing-related structures.
In-Process Sampling Inspection
Main inspection items include:
- Product appearance
- Dimensional specifications
- Color consistency
- Molding integrity
- Burrs, deformation, short shots, and related issues
- Functional structure
- Batch consistency


Nonconforming Product Isolation and Handling
During sampling inspection, if cap sealing issues, liquid leakage, loose structure, or other nonconforming conditions are found, the affected products will be sorted and isolated in time to prevent mixing with qualified products.
Depending on the defect rate, the production supervisor will arrange rework, sorting, or scrapping for controlled issues. If the defect rate exceeds the internal warning level, we will review the raw materials, molds, equipment, and process parameters, then adjust production or reconfirm the raw materials according to the actual situation.
Packaging and Coding Inspection
Key checks include:
- Whether the product model is correct
- Whether the packed quantity is accurate
- Whether the outer packaging is intact
- Whether labels or coding are clear
- Whether batch information is consistent
- Whether there are batch mix-ups or incorrect packing


Finished Goods Warehousing and Record Archiving
After packaging is completed and confirmed as qualified, products are moved into the finished goods storage area. The company stores products by product model, batch, and order information.
For each batch, records covering raw materials, production, inspection, packaging, and warehousing are retained to support future batch traceability, issue investigation, and customer communication.
