For a flip-top cap project, we usually start from the actual bottle sample or neck drawing, then adjust the neck finish, cap diameter, cap height, inner plug, and outlet size to make sure the cap fits properly and pours cleanly. The structure can be changed depending on how the product will be used, such as adding an inner plug, tamper-evident ring, pourer outlet, or a different sealing surface.
Logo and color details can also be matched to the packaging design. The logo can be embossed, debossed, marked on the side, or printed on the cap surface, while the cap color can follow a sample, Pantone code, or brand color. If the bottle neck or cap structure is not standard, a new mold can be made from drawings, samples, or neck data, and trial samples are checked before mass production.
